Happy Thanksgiving! As you all are stuffing yourself with turkey and giblets, why not listen to our coverage of Thor #199 from 1972? This week we have a look at the final chapter in our current storyline, as we cover The Mighty Thor #198! Odin is dead! Or is he? Thor fights the Mangog! Volstagg plays water-boy! Hogun finds an interesting way to use his mace, and Sif runs into someone with a very large head! Face front, true believers!

While you all are enjoying Thor's throwdown with the Hulk in Thor: Ragnarok, we look this week at The Mighty Thor #196 from back in 1972, where the Thunder God faces not one, but TWO big bads, including Kartag the Caretaker and ...the Mangog! Guest starring invisible walls, polka-dotted mist, and Captain Birdseye! 

In this episode, we look at The Might Thor #196, in which we get the continuation of the war against Mangog, Sif and Hildegarde's search for a motel, and a very special party! We also meet Mephisto's sister, Fandral wants to kiss Thor's "hammer" and Odin does his best Captain Kirk impression! Don't miss it! 

This week we go back in time and cover The Mighty Thor #290!  Man-Gog is back! Thor murders a tree! Sif gets sent to the Blackworld! There are trolls and dinosaur/bird things! Odin assembles an old fogey army! Excitement abounds!

It's a filler episode! Obviously I got busy with something or another, so this week you get to hear me cover the first issue of Valhalla Mad from Image Comics! Some very familiar seeming godly types come to Earth to par-tay! Is it awesome, or just derivative? Find out this week!

The Gods need a wall, and just like that, a master builder shows up to help them with their goal.... but the builder is not what he seems...

This week it's a cold day in Hel as we cover Thor v2 #32, the 100 Page Monster! Well, 1/4 of the issue anyway... With Malekith seemingly having the upper hand, it's up to Thor, Beta Ray Bill, Sif, and the rest to defeat Malekith and his icy minions!! It's the most fun you can have other than watching your fridge defrost! Nuff said!

This week it's an all-action issue as Malekith's invasion of Asgard hits a snag... a little snag called Thor, The Warriors Three, and Beta Ray Bill! 
We have elves riding dogs, not to mention winter in a box, so what do I comment on? Bad pizza physics!
